Fro-yo might not seem the most traditionally authentic Christmas treat, but our low-fat pots of angelmoo, strawbmoo and angelmoo are the perfect ingredient to use as a base for whipping up fantastically festive forward thinking desserts. We’ve been busy brainstorming some easy to make recipes for you to try during the break, so why not herd down to your nearest supermarket, pick up a tub, and give them a try!

Christmas puddings are usually jam-packed with calories, but you can enjoy this low fat yoomoo treat almost guilt free! Our at home range features three delicious flavours in 750ml tubs for only £3.49 each – have a merry Christmoos on us!

what yoo’ll need

  • 100ml of yoomoo nakedmoo, softened
  • 1kg panettone
  • 125ml desert wine
  • 3 tablespoons jam
  • 25g shelled pistachios
  • 275g mixed dried fruit, sliced
  • 40g glacé fruit
  • 200g good-quality dark melted chocolate

instructions

  1. Line a pudding bowl with a few layers of cling film
  2. Cut the panettone into slices and arrange six in a single layer around the bowl, ensuring they don’t overlap
  3. Drizzle the wine over the sponge and allow to soak. Smear the jam over the sponge
  4. Add 500ml of naked moo, and spread around
  5. Sprinkle in the pistachios, dried fruit and glace fruit the add the other 500ml of nakedmoo
  6. Place more panettone slices on top, then pour on some more desert wine
  7. Cover the bowl in clingfilm and place plate on to. Freeze overnight
  8. When ready to serve, carefully turn onto serving place and drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Serve immoodiately!

Full to the brim after your Turkey? Why not try a fun,  festive, funky fro-yo drink instead… Add a bovine twist to the classic eggnog recipe and enjoy this frozen yogurt treat guilt free!

what yoo’ll need

  • 100ml of yoomoo nakedmoo, softened
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup sugar

directions:

  1. Beat together the egg yolks and sugar until the yolks lighten in colour. Set aside
  2. Combine the Nakedmoo and nutmeg to the egg and sugar mix
  3. Blend together until you get a smooth fluffy texture
  4. Cover and chill the mix until ready to serve
  5. Sprinkle some nutmeg or cinnamoon on top when ready to serve!
  6. 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  7. Pinch of nutmeg
  8. Pinch of cinnamon
